*Make sure you computer/Smart phone or tablet/Ipad is up to date with all software updates.

 

1. Click the link in the email sent to you by us,  This will take you to Zoom's Website where it will prompt you to download the Zoom App. It will then prompt you to double click the 'Zoominstaller.pkg" and it will check to see if your computer meets the proper requirements to install.

2. You will then be prompted to test your audio/speakers.

​

3. Meeting will start!

Troubleshooting: If the link in the email we sent is not 'clickable', (due to settings in your email or browser), you may copy and paste it into the address bar and you will be taken to the website & then follow the above instructions.

 

OR.....

​

1. Go directly to Zoom.us  and in the upper right corner click "join a meeting'

 

2. Download and install the Zoom app, open the app and click "Join a meeting" 

 

3. Enter "Meeting ID'  (The meeting ID number is at the bottom of the zoom email we sent you, it is a 9 - 10 digit number.)

Tips for being prepared:

 

* Please have adequate lighting so we will be able to see you!

 

* Update software if needed on your devise and have zoom open and ready BEFORE your meeting time to ensure you are prepared    and able to make use of every minute of your health consultation.

 

* Have any blood results, labs, tests available if needed.

* Have a note pad and pen handy!

​

*Have supplements and/or medications you currently take with you.

​
